About the advisers and their topics

Robert Frewen is the Regional Surveyor in the CLA North team. As well as having responsibility for water, drainage and flooding, he also covers any technical issues with agricultural tenancies as well as compulsory purchase.

Libby Bateman leads on rural crime issues in the North office and is CLA’s national lead on hare coursing.  Libby will explain what CLA is doing to tackle the problem of hare coursing and answer questions on wider criminality in rural areas.

Jane Harrison leads on public assess issues in the North office.  Jane will explain what you should do before you turn out cattle in the spring in fields where there are public rights footpaths.
