Manager, Silas Hedley-Lawrence, will speak about the benefits of their organic system of rotational grazing, the holistic mob stocking approach, which helps to build soil carbon levels, and how a 100% grass-fed diet allows the slow-grown beef to achieve a fuller flavour, which is nutrient dense and proven to have higher levels of beneficial Omega 3 fatty acids.
After the farm walk, enjoy tasting the beef, accompanied by a glass of wine from local producer, Oaken Vineyard, and locally-produced Nettlebed Creamery organic cheese.
