After the service tea and coffee will be available at Selby Abbey.
Following this we will gather at Selby Town Hall for pre lunch drinks and canapés.
(Selby Town Hall is a 5-10 minute walk along Selby High Street. It was originally built as a chapel on land sold to the Primitive Methodists by Lord Londesborough in 1862 and has had a chequered history, including as a tyre fitting shop, before becoming a prize winning arts centre.)
Lunch will be a Roasted sirloin of Yorkshire beef served with horseradish tartlets, hot miniature roasted Yorkshire puddings filled with roasted vegetables, potatoes and salad. Dessert will be Autumn pudding with clotted cream. Tea or coffee is included. A vegetarian option is available on request.
(Poppy Caterers will be providing the lunch: they did the excellent Harvest Lunch we had at Birdsall House 3 years ago.)
The CLA Harvest Festival Lunch is always very well attended and places are limited, I encourage you to make your booking as soon as possible. No bookings can be made after 27 September 2019 and no refunds will be made for cancellations after that date.
