New Hall Vineyards has been growing and producing wine since 1969, making it one of the oldest vineyards in England. With over 100 acres of vines it is renowned in East Anglia for its award winning wines that have been produced by the Greenwood family for three generations.
Drinks will be served on arrival before taking a speed tour of the wine making process.
You will find out how the award-winning wines are produced, from pressing the fruit to running the ferments, in their state-of-the-art winery before unravelling the mysteries of riddling, disgorging, lees aging and gushing traditional method sparkling wine in their Press Room.
The tour will conclude with a tutored tasting of four wines including their renowned Bacchus. Before you depart you will have an opportunity to visit the Cellar Shop and purchase your favourite wine from the tasting session at discounted rates.
