Come and join us for an informal afternoon tea where like minded ladies, with an interest in the rural community, can meet up in an informal setting and enjoy the magnificent surroundings of Gregynog Hall.
We will hear from local solicitor Anne Smith, Managing Partner of Harrisons Solicitors, Newtown and Welshpool. Anne has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of issues including, contractual and commercial disputes, disputed estates and employment law. We will hear from Anne about her experiences within the legal profession and her “other job” as a farmer’s wife.
We will take the opportunity of supporting the CLA Charitable Trust which is dedicated to helping those who are disabled or disadvantaged benefit from access to the countryside, and to take part in educational activities that they would not have otherwise been able to enjoy.Since its foundation in 1980, the Trust has given more than £1.9M in grants to a wide variety of organisations and projects.
