Camilla, a qualified solicitor, has broad practical experience of advising on many aspects of private client and tax law both within solicitors and accountancy firms where she gained experience of dealing with a wide range of tax issues. Camilla will be explaining about the reliefs that you can utilise along with a general tax update.
Sioned Thomas is a director at RDP Law with over 14 years experience in dealing with succession planning for high net worth clients, complex estate administration, with particular focus on the agricultural sector and Lasting Powers of Attorney. This enables Sioned to take a holistic approach to farm succession planning and the impact of changes to the future of the farming business. She is also STEP qualified and a fluent Welsh speaker. Sioned will be discussing the use of wills and trusts in the planning process, along with the important role that Lasting Powers of Attorney can play. Rhys will be looking at contentious wills and how
a dispute over the value of assets, the interpretation of a will, or dealing with difficult executors or feuding beneficiaries can be managed.
