Family-Run Farms and Estates

The CLA invites you to an inspirational event that will showcase CLA members who have successfully managed succession in their family businesses.

Hear how they have brought in new ideas, skills and talent from within and outside their families to ensure their businesses grow across generations.

The day will be chaired by CLA Vice President Mark Tufnell and include presentations from national and local government and a panel of industry experts.

We will conclude with a networking lunch and private tour of Loseley House and the walled garden. Here you can see a first-hand example of a prosperous family-run estate.

Speakers include:

Hosted at his family estate, Alexander More-Molyneux will show you how Loseley Park operates as a sought-after wedding and events venue and visitor attraction.

Mathias Nurseries has been operating for over 50 years and is now a third-generation family business. Hear Will Mathias speak about the importance of succession after recently becoming a partner in the business.
